Got your 2nd book and started reading and hi-lighting, but soon realized that I would have to hi-light the whole book!. It is the most powerful, insightful instruction book I have ever read. (And I have read many as a therapist.) Adam, you make it sound so simple, and that is the art of a true artist. It is always in simplicity that the answer lies. Most of all you are able to give so many people amazing tools to self empowerment, and are inviting them to try their own rich symbolism to heal.
I have just finished reading your book and I completely enjoyed it. I have always been fascinated with the mind/body healing. I have been struggling with some things over the years, and I am trying to heal, yet your book is actually perfect timing for where I am now, as I begin practicing your seven steps for life and working on my outlook and thoughts.
